Case against Keheliya Rambukwella postponed to June 28

Colombo (News 1st): The case filed against two defendants including former Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella under several charges including the use of Rs. 230,000 from the State Printing Corporation to pay the bill for a personal mobile phone was postponed to June 28th by the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today. Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne issued the order dismissing the objections produced by the defence. The case was filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against Keheliya Rambukwella and the former Chairman of the State Printing Corporation Jayampathi Bandara Heenkenda.
