Colombo (News 1st):  Nihal Ranasinghe was appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Education earlier today (March 28).

Ranasinghe, who was the former controller general of Emigration and Immigration, received his letter of Appointment from President Maithripala Sirisena.
