Survey to determine SrI Lanka's drug addicts

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Presidential Task Force on eradicating Narcotics states that preparations have been made to conduct a survey to determine the number of drug addicts in the country. According to Dr. Samantha Kumara Kithalawarachchi, the Director of the Task Force, the islandwide census will take place between the 1st and 10th of April. Meanwhile, a council comprising of nine officials has been set up to rehabilitate drug addicts.
