Singapore wants more documents on Arjuna Mahendran

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Attorney General's Department states that necessary steps are being taken to forward several additional files to Singapore, in relation to the repatriation of former Central Bank governor Arjuna Mahendran. A senior official at the Attorney Generals Department noted this measure was taken based on a request by the Singaporean government for additional documentation. Arjuna Mahendran is the chief suspect of the Central Bank bond scam that took place four years ago.
