Colombo (News 1st): Police have taken measures to disperse crowds demonstrating in the Puttalam town against the Aruwakkalu sanitary landfill site.
The local groups are demanding garbage not be disposed in their area. Over the recent days, demonstrations took place against the Aruwakkalu sanitary landfill site.
