Beliatta PS opposition Leader Kapila Amarakoon succumbs to gun-shot injuries

COLOMBO (News 1st): The opposition leader of the Beliatta Pradeshiya Sabha Kapila Amarakoon has succumbed to his injuries.
He was receiving treatment at the Karapitiya hospital after being shot recently. Amarakoon (44) was a member of the United National Party.
He was shot on March 20th, at his residence in Beliatta.
