Former speaker slams government on many fronts

Colombo (News 1st): Former Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa slammed the government for its failure to hold the already delayed Provincial Council Elections. He went onto note that if the former government did not obtain loans, the war would never have been brought to an end. Rajapaksa said while results of the loans taken by Mahinda Rajapaksa are clearly evident to the people, the effects of the Central Bank Bond Scam are yet to be properly felt by the masses. He slammed the government for following a policy of selling and leasing the country's resources to foreign nations and companies.
