Extreme heat North-West, Gampaha and Mannar

Colombo (News 1st): The Meteorological Department has issued a heat advisory. It reads that an ‘Extreme Caution’ level is expected in most parts of North-Western province and Mannar and Gampaha districts tomorrow (March 21). The Meteorological Department requests the public living in those respective areas to stay hydrated and to limit strenuous outdoor activities.
