COLOMBO (News 1st) – The OIC of the Echchan-Kulama Police and a Constable were arrested for treasure hunting.
On Sunday morning, the Vavuniya Anti-Vice Unit arrested 05 people for excavating for treasure.
The Police Media Unit stated that OIC - IP Subash Kumar and Constable Visul Nilantha were arrested for aiding in the crime.
The suspects will be produced in court today.
