COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Former General Secretary of the SLFP and member of the committee to establish an alliance seeking a new vision and policies, Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa says that policy frameworks covering a wide range of sectors including the economic, social and cultural aspects are currently being exchanged with the SLPP.

Speaking to News1st he said that this measure was adopted due to the prevailing necessity to have a common policy framework when the two parties convene on the 21st of this month. Piyadasa further added that owing to the prevailing situation that new policies and a vision are also necessary for the youth of the country.
