26 Police transfers effective immediately

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Police headquarters stated that service requirements have called for twenty-six police officer transfers that include:

• Two Senior Superintendents
• Five Superintendents
• Fourteen Assistant Superintendents
• Three Chief Inspectors
• Two Inspectors

Police HQ added that these transfers were done under the supervision of the National Police Commission and they are to be carried out with immediate effect.
