Wattala Drug Bust: Suspects handed over to the OCID

Colombo (News 1st): Police spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said the four underworld criminals arrested in Hekitta, Wattala along with a stock of drugs and firearms have been handed over to the Organized Crimes Investigation Division. The 4 underworld criminals were arrested in a raid carried out by the Police Special Task Force in Hekitta, Wattala along with yet another drug haul. Police STF said 17 kilograms of heroin, 01 kilogram of cocaine, 500 grams of Hashish,02 Micro Pistols and 05 other pistols as well as 15 fake number plates and hand-cuffs were seized from the possession of the suspect.
