Waste from Puttalam at Aruwakkalu from today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Waste collected from all divisional secretariats of the Puttalam district will be dumped at the Aruwakkalu garbage disposal site from today (March 15).
Secretary to the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development Nihal Rupasinghe stated that all divisional secretariats of the district have been informed.
Further, he said that measures will be taken to expedite the process of collecting the waste from the city limits of Colombo as well.
