Extreme heat in North Western province!!

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Department of Meteorology forecasts an extreme heat condition for most areas of the North-Western province today (March 15). The department requests the public to stay hydrated, remain in the shade as often as possible and avoid strenuous activities when working outdoors. Further the elderly, the sick and children are advised to remain indoors.
