Disney releases new look at 'Aladdin' remake

Reuters: Walt Disney Pictures shared on Tuesday (March 12) a new look at the upcoming live action film 'Aladdin'. The Guy Ritchie directed film sees Will Smith take over the mantle of the genie made famous by the late Robin Williams in the 1992 animation. Mena Massoud takes the titular role while his love interest Princess Jasmine is played by Naomi Scott. The trailer features two of the classic songs from the original animation, 'Friend Like Me' and 'A Whole New World', which was the first ever Disney song to top the Billboard Hot 100.
