Seelarathana Thero seek details of China loans

Colombo (News 1st): Venerable Battaramulle Seelarathana Thero today (March 12) requested the Finance Minister to release details of all loans from China to Sri Lanka under the Right to Information Act. He also requested details of the repayment plans under the RTI.
