Colombo (News 1st): A suspect was arrested with an unlicensed 12 gague firearm from Thunandahena, Ratnapura. Police said 2 live ammunition were also seized which was in the 23-year-old suspect’s possession.

The suspect who is a resident of Dodampe is due to be produced before Ratnapura Magistrates court today (Feb 24). The raid was made based on a tip-off received by the Kahawatta Special task force camp.
