Compensation for Sena affected crops on March 10th

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Agriculture notes that payment of compensation for the crops that were destroyed by the Sena caterpillar infestation will begin from March 10th. Secretary of the Ministry K. D. Ruwan Chandra noted that over 12,000 hectares of paddy crops were completely destroyed due to the Sena menace.
