COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 31-year-old woman was reported dead in an elephant attack in Sandhiweli, Vaththiyakal, Eravur.

The Police said that the victim had met with the unfortunate incident when she was returning home after visiting her mother’s house that was located about 300m away. The post-mortem examination is due to be conducted today (February 18).
