3876 suspects arrested in islandwide raids

Colombo (News 1st): 3876 suspects including 950 individuals with warrants against them were arrested following islandwide raids conducted today (Feb 9).
Police Media Spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said they have also arrested 950 drunk drivers, 1033 suspects charged with narcotics-related crimes and 5 others for the possession of illegal firearms.
