Three arrested in connection to ATM fraud

Colombo (News 1st): Two Chinese nationals and a Romanian national suspected to be connected to ATM fraud have been arrested.
Police Media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara noted that the Criminal Investigation Department arrested these suspects following investigations.
