Mother of missing four year old arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The mother of the four-year-old child that had gone missing in Puttalam has been arrested. She is due to be presented before courts today (February 04). Four-year-old Senuri Thisara a resident of Neelabamma, Karuwalagaswewa, Puttalam was reported missing on the 29th of last month. The mother of the child had lodged a complaint at the police station over the incident but it was later revealed that the mother herself had pushed the child to the Kala Oya.
