Fallen Sri Lankan peacekeepers return home

COLOMBO (News 1st): The flight carrying remains of two Sri Lanka Army officers landed in the island this evening (Feb 4). The two officers were killed while serving the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Mali. The two brave officers of the SL Army are; Major W.D. Jayawickrama Sergeant S.S. Wijayakumar The bodies were received by the Commander of the Army - Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake, State Minister of Defense Ruwan Wijewardena, and several others.
