Maldivian President arrives at the country

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The President of Maldives Ibrahim Mohamed Solih arrived at the island a short while ago. Our correspondent confirmed that he was welcomed at the airport by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tilak Marapana. The Maldivian President arrived at the country in order to participate in the 71st Independence celebrations scheduled for tomorrow (February 04) at Galle Face.
