26 year old arrested for printing counterfeit notes

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 26-year-old has been arrested when the police conducted a raid in Vijayapura, Thanamalwila for counterfeiting money.
The Police noted that two counterfeit notes of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 5000 were discovered in the suspect's possession.
The Police has also seized the computers, printers, and scanners used in the process. He is due to be presented before the Wellawaya Magistrates Court today (February 03).
