Government request public to raise the national flag

Colombo (News1st): The Government has requested the general public to raise the national flag for a period of one week starting today (Feb 1). The Government Information Department requests for the national flag to be displayed at all residence, business establishments, Government and Private offices and on vehicles to mark the 71st Independence Day.
