Four arrested for counterfeit currency

Colombo (News1st): Four suspects engaged in printing counterfeit currency were arrested in Horowpathana and Morawewa.
Three 29-year-olds were arrested along with 29 counterfeit currency notes of Rs.1000 while traveling in a three-wheeler in Horawpathana.
Meanwhile, another suspect was arrested un Morawewa with 16 counterfeit notes of Rs. 5000 and 95 notes of Rs. 1000. Police stated that the suspects are due to be produced before court.
