Gotabaya Rajapaksa prepares for 2020 Presidential run

COLOMBO(News 1st) - Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa speaking to print media had said that he has begun the process of relinquishing his US Citizenship to contest for the presidential election. Gotabaya Rajapaksa said that he will revoke his American Citizenship and contest the presidential election representing Mahinda Rajapaksa's party. He added that he has already received the blessing of Mahinda Rajapaksa and he is optimistic that he will receive the blessings of the current president as well.
