COLOMBO (News 1st) – Chairman of the Lanka Private Bus Owners Association Gamunu Wijeratne says bus fares will not be reduced despite the reduction in fuel prices.
President of the Inter-provincial private bus owners association, Sarath Wijitha says that although discussions will be held in this regard that bus fares will remain unchanged.
However, the All-Island Bus Commuters Association Secretary, G. Paranavitana says that bus associations should provide relief to the public following the recent reductions in fuel prices.
