COLOMBO (News 1st) – Islandwide protests were organized demanding that the executive presidency be abolished.

The silent protests were organized by the “New wings” organization.

Protests were staged opposite the Matara bus terminal, Fort railway station, Kandy railway station, and Badulla town.

• Avant-Garde case to be taken up once again on the 23rd
• Heavy traffic congestion in Ambalangoda today and tomorrow
• Bond for SLPP Presidential candidate placed at the Elections Commission
• Access to Drinking Water and Water Resource Management
