Activists take to the streets for #Charlie

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A group of social activists have rallied near the Temple trees for a demonstration. The demonstration is being staged against animal cruelty. The protestors request the government to enact the animal rights act. They also request the authorities to expedite measures to punish those who harm animals.
