2 injured in Matale Junction accident

Colombo (News1st): Two individuals were severely injured in an accident that took place at the Matale Junction along the Anuradhapura - Dambulla main road. Police said the accident occurred when a speeding three-wheeler veered off the road. It had collided with a traffic post and then fallen into a culvert. The injured are currently receiving treatment at the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital.
