Yaldevi transports aid for the flood affected people in the North

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Yaldevi train departed from the Fort Railway Station this morning (January 01). The train carried aid for those displaced by the floods in the North. This train consisted of essential sanitary items and dry rations for affected people. A group including the Former governor of the Northern province, Reginald Cooray had organized the intitiative. The goods are due to be handed over to the District Secretariats of Mullaitivu and Kilinochchi.
