Haguranketha PS budget defeated for the 2nd time

Colombo (News1st): The 2019 Budget of the Hanguranketha Pradeshiya Sabha controlled by the UNP was defeated for the second time today (December 28). Only six council members voted in favor of the budget while 28 members representing the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna and the JVP voted against it. 09 members were not present for the vote.
