Four killed at a shooting in Kaduwela harbor

Colombo (News1st): Four people have been killed and another five have been injured as a result of a shooting which took place inside the Kudawella fisheries harbor in Tangalle. Police Media Spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said, two gunmen who had arrived on a motorbike had carried out this shooting. Police suspect that a T-56 firearm has been used for the shooting. Remains of the victims who died in this shooting have been placed at the Tangalle hospital while the injured have been admitted to the hospital. According to the Media Spokesperson of Police, the shooting had occurred due to a dispute between two sets of fishermen. An investigation has been launched in search of one of the gunmen.
