Supreme Court to take up MR appeal

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Supreme Court is scheduled to take up the appeal filed against the Interim Order given by the Court of Appeal. The order restricts Mahinda Rajapaksa from functioning as Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers from functioning. The appeal will be taken up before Justices Eva Wanasundara, Buwaneka Aluvihare, and Vijith Malalgoda.
