President says he won't appoint Ranil Wickremesinghe as PM - Lakshman Yapa

Colombo (News1st) - Following the Supreme Court ruling that the dissolution of Parliament by the President was unconstitutional, UPFA members of Parliament met with President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat. Speaking to the media MP Lakshman Yapa Abeywardene noted that the President had reiterated during the meeting that he will not appoint Ranil Wickremesinghe as the Prime Minister.
