Petition challenging post of PM postponed

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A petition filed by Ranil Wickremesinghe and 121 other Parliamentarians challenging the post of Prime Minister and Ministers was taken up for consideration at the Court of Appeal today (December 12). The case will be taken up on three consecutive days commencing from the 16th of January 2019. The decision was made when the petition was taken up before the three-judge bench at the Court of Appeal.
