Oil leakage in the Castlereigh reservoir

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Power and Renewable Energy stated the Nuwara Eliya unit of the Central Environmental Authority has been informed about a possible oil leak into the Castlereigh reservoir. Media spokesperson of the Ministry Sulakshana Jayawardena said that engineers in charge of the reservoir had already been informed of this. He also said that a proper study should be carried out regarding the incident.
