Two gold smugglers arrested at BIA

Colombo (News1st): Two people were arrested at the BIA while attemptin to smuggle gold from the Maldives.
Custom media spokesperson Sunil Jayarathna said the gold which is valued at over Rs. 3.14 million was hidden in the suspect's bag.
Police said one of the suspects was a Maldivian citizen while other is resident of Rajagiriya.
