Namal Rajapaksa's court case postponed to April '19

Colombo (News 1st) - The recording of evidence in the case filed against MP Namal Rajapaksa, 4 others and the Gowers Corporate Services was postponed to 3rd April 2019. Namal Rajapaksa and 4 other defendants were present in court today. The Colombo High Court Judge Pradeep Hettiarachchi ordered for the witnesses from the prosecution present in court today to once again appear in court on the 3rd April 2019. This case was filed by the Attorney General under several indictments including unlawful generation of Rs. 30 million in a deal said to have taken place between Gower Corporate Services and another company.
