Colombo (News1st): A pedestrian was injured in an accident that occurred near the Ananda Balika Vidyalaya along the Higurakgoda – Pollanarauwa main road.

The accident had occurred when a tipper truck traveling from Hingurakgoda collided into a van. News1st correspondent said a shop was also damaged and the drivers of the truck and the van were taken into police custody.
