Explosion near chemical plant in China kills 22

Reuters - An explosion near a chemical plant in the city of Zhangjiakou, north China's Hebei Province, killed 22 and injured 22 others early on Wednesday Morning, according to local authorities. The incident took place at 00:41, and the raging fire caused by the blast burned 38 trucks and 12 small vehicles. The injured were rushed to hospitals for treatment. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
