Investigations launched into the killing of a 19 year old

Colombo (News1st): Three police teams have been deployed to investigate the murder of the 19-year-old in Matara. Police stated that three suspects have been identified regarding the incident. However, all the suspects had fled the area. The 19-year-old student, Rasidu Gimhana is a resident of Thihagoda, Matara. The victim succumbed to his injuries. The post-mortem will be conducted today (November 25). Another student who sustained injuries in the same incident is still receiving treatment at the Matara hospital. Initial investigations revealed that the stabbing took place after prolonged clashes between two parties.
