Colombo (News1st): Police have begun investigations into two separate deaths that had taken place under suspicious circumstances.

The Police Media Spokesperson said the body of a 43-year-old was discovered in a street opposite the Sevanagala Wildlife Office. Police also discovered the body of a 70-year-old on a bed inside a house in Giriulla and have ruled the death as suspicious.

Meanwhile, Police Investigations are continuing over the unidentified male body that washed on to the bank of the Kelani River in Mattakkuliya last afternoon. The body remains in the Ragama Hospital morgue and police are attempting to identify the victim.
