Colombo (News 1st) – UNP MP Lakshman Kiriella speaking at a media briefing at Temple Trees today afternoon stated that the present situation was a result of the appointment of an individual who did not command a majority to the post of Prime Minister.

He said that the purported Government was appointed three weeks ago and they are yet to present a single bill in Parliament.
