Train to Chillaw derailed near Ragama

Train to Chillaw derailed near Ragama Colombo (News 1st) - A train derailed between Ragama and Peralanda earlier this afternoon. The railway control room stated that a train from Fort, Colombo to Chilaw had derailed. However, it has not caused any disturbance to operations on the main line. Meanwhile, the Batticaloa bound train has been restricted to Polonnaruwa due to flooding.
