SLMC reiterates support to UNP

Colombo (News1sy): The Leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, Rauff Hakeem has made reiterated his political stance through a tweet. The tweet states that he wishes to deny reports claiming that his party and himself had extended support to Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa. He went onto note that they continue to hold this appointment as inconsistent with parliamentary democracy principles until his majority is proven in Parliament.
