Tamil schools in Central, Northern and Uva provinces closed

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Provincial Education Department stated that all Tamil schools in the Central, Northern, and Uva provinces will be closed today (November 05). Schools in these provinces will be held on the 10th of this month to make up for the additional holiday. The holiday was granted in line with the Deepavali festivities that will begin tomorrow (November 06).
