President recovenes parliament

COLOMBO (News 1st) - President Maithripala Sirisena has called for parliament to be reconvened on the 14th of November at 10.00 am. The gazette in this regard was issued today (November 04).
The Parliament has been convened as per the powers vested with the President according to paragraph 3/1 of article 70 of the constitution of the democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka.
